right now, the legislature passes a right to work law in michigan. kind of, at least one of the cradles of union -- it would mean that you would not have to join a union. you would not have to pay union dues, how did this happen? >> it just came out of the blue and under the radar screen. republicans got their ducks together, they control the house, senate, and the governorship, even though it's a state that barack obama carried. they got this through in the house and senate, it's a big deal, a poiseen pill for the unions, they hate right to work. i think it's a smart move economically, a lot of new businesses, when looking at building new factories or plans, they will not even consider states that are right to work. so much of the growth in this country is in the right to work states. i think if it passes, and it will probably be tuesday or wednesday when we get a final vote on this, i think it puts michigan with a 10% or 11% unemployment rate, back on the map. >> and one of the highest union states in the country, did a lot to help reelect presiden
